Sustainable action is an essential part of our corporate strategy. Because as a family business we think in generations and are aware of our responsibility. We understand sustainability as a cooperation of
Responsibility, reliability and durability - this characterizes our entrepreneurial action since 1998. Since our company was founded, the umbrella awareness is the logo of our brand for our connection to the environment and for responsible action. With a sustainability strategy developed by us, we want to become the most sustainable fire in the casual mainstream segment.

The core areas of our strategy


Pillar 1 | SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Not only internally, but also for our external partners. Our goal is to contribute to a positive development in social problems. Social aspects, such as a fair remuneration, workplace security and good working conditions are the basic prerequisites for the production of our products. In compliance with the "Human Rights" we make sure that people are neither beaten nor children in production. The binding basis for the production of our products and the implementation of our values ​​is the "Code of Conduct" of the "Amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative", short: Amfori BSCI and the Total Association of the German Textile and Fashion Industry E.V. He is obligatory for all suppliers - without exception. This code takes into account the relevant international guidelines and agreements on human rights, occupational safety and fairness in the supply chain.

Pillar 2 | Ecological action
At the ecological level, we face a special challenge. We are aware that every year we consume more resources when our planet can create. That's why we take this topic especially seriously and
want to develop us in our entire action. Already today we question the use of raw materials and chemicals in production. Personal contact and regular communication with our partners and suppliers also prevents harmful substances in our goods. All materials, individual product components and the products themselves are according to legal requirements and our quality specifications
Tested and evaluated.

Pillar 3 | Economic commitment

Our products are ours
The greatest strength, because in the long term, our actions are only sustainable if we use resources meaningfully. Therefore, there is greatest focus on the development and production of our fashion on the longevity of our products.

The fulfillment of the high demands on the material is achieved by the exclusive use of high-quality fibers - mostly natural origin. In addition, we work with the best producers who understand their craft excellent and we trust.

For our production, both precision and professionalism are in the foreground. Our sweaters, for example, are knitted on form in each part and then linked by hand and omely.

Pillar 4 | Product & raw materials
Sustainability as a conjunction of first-class quality, innovation and responsibility that distinguishes our products.
Our products are the roots for our sustainable action. That's why we develop high-quality and durable products from sustainable raw materials. Already today, 70% of our collection of sustainable raw materials exist. In the future, we will increase the share constantly and extend to the accessories used.

By 2023, 100% of our collection should consist of sustainable or certified raw materials.

Pillar 5 | Supply Chain & Partner
Sustainability creates stable, long-standing partnerships and is the basis of our actions! We are firmly convinced that we only achieve the best quality for our customers and our environment only if we expand our knowledge through cooperation with partners: constant.
