1) Processing of personal data
As part of the competition, we process your personal data exclusively for the proper implementation and processing, in particular to notify you of the prize and to send the prize.
The first and last name as well as the postal address of the respective participating person are collected. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).
2) Storage period
After the competition has been completed and the prizes have been sent, the personal data processed as part of the competition will be deleted.
3) Rights of those affected
Affected persons have the following rights under the legal requirements:
- Information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR
- Correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR
- Deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR
- Restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR
- Data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR
- Revocation of consent given in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR
- Complaint to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR

Eligibility
All natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer or commissioned agencies as well as their relatives and people from affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
Participation requirements
Valid participation requires the following:
- Follow Instagram accounts @fynch_hatton and @fynch_hatton_living
- Linking at least two friends under the competition post
- Like the competition post
Participation with false identities, third-party data, via automated services, competition clubs or third-party providers is not permitted. In the event of inadmissible participation, any prize will be withdrawn and a replacement winner will be named if necessary.
Participation period
The competition takes place from 01.12.2025 up to and including 27.12.2025 instead.
Prize description
As part of the competition different products from FYNCH-HATTON and FYNCH-HATTON Living awarded.
Each prize consists of an exclusive FYNCH-HATTON or FYNCH-HATTON Living item.
The winnings are not transferable, cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other products. Shipping takes place exclusively within Germany.
Determination of the winners
The winners will be announced within 72 hours after the end of the participation period Random principle determined among all valid participations. Only one prize is possible per participating person.
The organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Winning notification and shipping
The winners will be announced via Direct message on Instagram contacted and must be within 5 days report back to confirm the win. If there is no response, the prize will expire and a replacement winner will be notified.
The prizes will be delivered via Post or parcel service.
Liability and legal recourse
Disclaimer
The prize comes without any guarantee or warranty „as seen“ handed over. The organizer is not liable for material or legal defects in the prize or for technical faults that could affect participation.
exemption
Participants release the organizer from all third-party claims resulting from participation in the competition.
Early Termination
The organizer reserves the right to end the competition early at any time for important reasons, e.g. technical problems, suspicion of manipulation or lack of participation.
Exclusion of legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions remains unaffected. The ineffective provisions are replaced by a legally permissible regulation that comes as close as possible to the purpose.
