Return instructions

If you don't like or fit an item, you can easily send it back to us within 14 days. Please note that the items must be in their original condition. Labels must be attached to the product and items must be in their original packaging. National returns are free of charge for you. The costs for international returns are not borne by us and are at your own expense.

National returns

Have you ordered within Germany and would like to return one or more items? No problem! Here you will find out step by step how you can easily organize your return.

Step 1:

Visit our Returns portal.

Step 2:

Enter your email address, your 5-digit order number and the postal code of the delivery address and then select the items you would like to return in the portal.

Step 3:

Select a mail order company of your choice and purchase the appropriate return label. Make sure that the package has sufficient postage and keep the shipping receipt until we have received your return.

Step 4:

Print out the shipping label and attach it to your package, or have your local mail order company print it out and attach it.

Step 5:

Drop off the package and wait for us to process your return.

Step 6:

After checking, the purchase price will be refunded according to the chosen payment method.

International returns

Have you ordered outside of Germany and would like to return one or more items? No problem! Here you will find out step by step how you can easily organize your return from abroad.

Step 1:

Visit our Returns portal.

Step 2:

Enter your email address, your 5-digit order number and the postal code of the delivery address and then select the items you would like to return in the portal.

Step 3:

Now you can have the return label created. This is free of charge within Germany.

Step 4:

Print out the shipping label and attach it to your package, or have your local mail order company print it out and attach it. Please keep the shipping receipt until we receive your return.

Step 5:

Submit the package and wait for us to edit your return.

Step 6:

After checking, the purchase price will be refunded according to the chosen payment method.
