Payment

All payments and credits are made in Euro (€).
We offer the following payment methods: 

KLARNA
  • PAYMENT: With KLARNA you have the possibility to buy the ordered goods by invoice. You will receive the goods before payment and will receive an invoice from the external service provider and transfer the invoice amount directly to KLARNA.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.

PayPal
You have the possibility to complete the purchase with PayPal or PayPal Express. This saves you time and allows you to buy our products quickly and securely online. You will be redirected to PayPal and can complete the purchase quickly, easily and securely.

  • PAYMENT: As a PayPal customer you can pay quickly and easily. Your advantage is that the payment is usually authorised immediately and we can therefore arrange the dispatch of the goods as quickly as possible.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your PayPal account. 
Credit card: VISA & MasterCard incl. Maestro
  • PAYMENT: Pay comfortably and securely by credit card. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has been shipped.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited credit card.
Google Pay
  • PAYMENT: Google Pay is a mobile payment system for Android devices. Pay quickly and easily directly from your mobile device.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account. 

Apple Pay
  • PAYMENT: Apple Pay is a payment system from the US company Apple for its own mobile devices. Pay quickly and easily directly via your mobile device.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account. 

Amazon Pay
  • PAYMENT: Amazon Pay allows you to pay in our shop with the information already stored in your Amazon account.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account. 

Bancontact (Belgium)
  • PAYMENT: After entering your card details, you will be redirected to your own online banking environment to authorise the payment.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.
 
iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • PAYMENT: When you select the ideal payment method, you will be directed to your own online banking environment where you will log into your bank account and be asked to authorise the payment. Once this is done, the bank will immediately confirm the payment and you will be redirected back to the webshop.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your bank account.

EPS (Austria)
  • PAYMENT: The eps online transfer is based on the online banking of the buyer's bank and allows for easy and secure processing of e-payments via the internet.
  • REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your bank account.

The shipping is within Germany carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 1 - 3 days.

For orders placed between 18-30 November 2023, there may be delays in the delivery time due to the generally high capacity utilisation. 

For orders within the EU we charge a flat rate of 5,99 €. The shipment is carried out by DHL international. The delivery time is 3 - 6 days.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.

We only use cardboard boxes made from recycled cardboard and shipping bags made from recycled materials for packaging.

The delivery period begins with the payment methods purchase on account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card and instant bank transfer for an order before 12.00 noon on the same day. For orders placed after 12.00 noon, the delivery period for these payment methods begins on the following day.

Shipment tracking
As soon as the order is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a DHL tracking number.

Return

You can return unworn articles to us within 14 days. Please ensure that all returned articles are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label.

An extended returns period of 40 days applies to orders placed between 20 November and 20 December.

Instructions for your return

Visit Fynch-Hatton Returns (returnsportal.online) and register your return conveniently online.

Enter your 4-digit order number and your email address in the Returns Portal. Select the articles of your order which you would like to return and register your returns from abroad in our returns portal. We will not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by you. To avoid damage to the items, please pack them well. It is best to use the original packaging.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days.

In case of a product exchange, please ordert he new items online.

Important: The delivered items are only for the purpose of trying them on, as is usual in bricks-and-mortar retail, for example. If the returned goods are in a poor or used condition, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you. The Fynch-Hatton Online Shop currently only accepts returns of goods that you have also purchased in the Fynch-Hatton Online Shop. Please always return goods purchased in a Fynch-Hatton store directly to that store.
